Welcome to Lovat Highland Bothy – A brand new Luxury Self Catering cottage set in its own private woodland, 2 miles from the quaint village of Beauly and just 8 miles from Inverness and Loch Ness. This luxury self catering cottage is available for holiday accommodation for short breaks, weekend or mid week, weekly and fortnightly bookings.

Short breaks are by arrangement and range from three nights to six nights.
Bookings can be made by telephone or email. Please check the online availability calendar for your dates.
For stays between eleven and fourteen nights the rates quoted include a discount of up to 5%

This one bedroom luxury cottage has been designed and built with sumptuous comfort for couples in mind. With solid oak doors; kitchen and furniture and wood burning stove, this Bothy is all about romance! Set in its own woodland and natural surrounds, you can sit outside on the decking and enjoy the company of the birds and red squirrels who share this space.

We have 2 lovely hives of bees at the bottom of the garden who enjoy the best of the countryside goodies and produce the most beautiful honey. If in season, we leave you a fresh pot in your welcome pack!

The Bothy is above average size and consists of a large open plan lounge, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower. The large decking that surrounds the property has plenty choice of seating so you can maximize on the early morning and evening sun. You also have your own purpose built stone BBQ and private car park.

The views from the Bothy expanses over our open lawn and garden, manicured farmland, the Beauly Firth and finally to Ben Wyvis which is always prominent and tells a new story every day. There are several lovely woodland walks (not too strenuous) on your doorstep.
